文章概述自行研制的两次全反射x射线荧光(TXRF)能谱分析仪的结构和性能。该谱仪使用与之配套而开发的SPAN/XRFV4.ox射线谱处理软件。实验测试结果表明:对原子序数Z>l6的大部分元素的探测下限可达10 ̄(-10)g。该能谱分析仪为测定动力堆乏燃料元件溶解液中的不溶残渣的化学元素而研制,但可推广用于痕量元素分析的诸多研究和应用领域。
The article outlines the structure and performance of a self-developed total reflectance x-ray fluorescence (TXRF) spectrometer. The spectrometer uses the accompanying SPAN / XRFV4. ox ray spectrum processing software. Experimental results show that the detection limit of most elements with atomic number Z> 16 is 10 ~ (-10) g. The energy spectrum analyzer was developed to determine the chemical elements of insoluble residue in the spent fuel solution of the power reactor, but it can be widely used in many fields of research and application of trace element analysis.
