[目的]检测高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的13种基因型,为早期诊断HPV感染和预防宫颈癌的发生提供依据.[方法]采用FQ PCR方法检测67例HPV感染患者高危型HPV基因型.[结果]67例患者中HPV基因型单一感染型者为14例(20.9%),多种HPV基因型混合感染型者为12例(17.9%),高危型HPV基因型在各种宫颈病变中的阳性率为38.8%,其在CINⅠ中的阳性率为5.1%(2/39),CINⅡ为66.7%(8/12),CINⅢ和宫颈癌中表达阳性率均为100.0%(10/10,6/6).[结论]HPV亚型检测可用于宫颈病变的筛查和病情判断,多重HPV感染及类别与宫颈病变级别相关.
[Objective] To detect 13 genotypes of high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) and provide a basis for early diagnosis of HPV infection and prevention of cervical cancer.Methods FQ PCR was used to detect the high-risk HPV gene in 67 cases of HPV infection [Results] Among the 67 patients, 14 (20.9%) were single genotypes of HPV genotype, 12 (17.9%) were mixed genotypes of multiple genotypes of HPV, The positive rate in lesions was 38.8%. The positive rate in CINⅠ was 5.1% (2/39), CINⅡ was 66.7% (8/12), and the positive rates in CINⅢ and cervical cancer were 100.0% (10 / 10,6 / 6). [Conclusion] The detection of HPV subtypes can be used for the screening and judgment of cervical lesions. The multiple HPV infection and its classification are related to the grade of cervical lesions.
