近十年才诞生的激光毛化技术,可以加工表面硬度极高的轧辊,延长轧辊使用寿命;激光毛化轧辊表面粗糙度均匀、可控,能明显改善毛化板深冲性能和涂镀性能;且加工过程无噪声、无污染。特别是YAG激光毛化技术已经深入应用于工业生产,为此,探讨YAG激光毛化技术的基本原理和特性,重点讨论其存在的一些不足点和可改善性问题。
The laser texturing technology, which was born in recent ten years, can process the rolls with extremely high surface hardness and prolong the service life of the rolls. The surface roughness of the laser texturing rolls is even and controllable, which can obviously improve the deep drawability and coating performance ; And the process of noise-free, pollution-free. In particular, YAG laser texturing technology has been widely used in industrial production. Therefore, the basic principle and characteristics of YAG laser texturing technology are discussed. Some disadvantages and improvements of YAG laser texturing technology are discussed.
