目的分析上消化道出血的病因及相关因素。方法 563例上消化道出血患者为研究对象,统计分析其病因、诱因、发病年龄等相关因素。结果上消化道出血男女之比为4:1,前四位病因为消化性溃疡、食管静脉曲张破裂、贲门黏膜撕裂、急性胃黏膜病变。青年组、中年组、老年组各占13.5%、58.4%、28.1%。常见诱因为饮食不当、饮酒、药物;秋季为多发季节。结论应该重视上消化道出血的常见病因,通过对生活方式和饮食习惯的干预和指导,达到降低该病的发病率。
Objective To analyze the etiology and related factors of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 563 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were enrolled in this study. The etiology, inducement, age of onset and other related factors were statistically analyzed. Results The ratio of men and women in upper gastrointestinal bleeding was 4: 1. The top four causes were peptic ulcer, rupture of esophageal varices, tear of cardia mucosa and acute gastric mucosal lesions. The youth group, the middle-aged group and the elderly group each account for 13.5%, 58.4% and 28.1% respectively. Common causes of improper diet, alcohol, drugs; fall season for multiple. Conclusion The common causes of upper gastrointestinal bleeding should be emphasized, and the incidence of this disease should be reduced through the intervention and guidance of lifestyle and dietary habits.
