强调并重视城市在国民经济中的地位与作用是实现中国现代化的客观需要。由于城市被认为是人类改造最为彻底的人工景观 ,从环境的角度来讲 ,城市可定位为“城市生态” ,并区别于自然界中的其它非人工景观。因此 ,城市同时表现出了物质、精神生产与维护自身生态平衡的双重角色。
Emphasizing and emphasizing the city’s status and role in the national economy is an objective need to realize China’s modernization. Since cities are regarded as the most completely man-made landscape for mankind’s transformation, from an environmental point of view, cities can be positioned as “urban ecology” and be distinguished from other non-artificial landscapes in nature. Therefore, the city simultaneously shows the dual role of material and spiritual production and maintaining its own ecological balance.
