湖北省机械局受机械工业部的委托于82年7月7日~9日在武汉召开了“提高陶瓷型精铸锻模精度、表面光洁度和寿命的研究”鉴定会。到会的有有关领导机关、科研单位、大专院校、工厂等29个单位的46名代表。 会议分别听取了武汉机械工艺研究所,武汉精密铸造厂,长春第一汽车制造厂的研制报告,参观了武汉精密铸造厂、武汉汽车修配厂。代表们认为: 1.陶瓷型精铸工艺选择热稳定性良好的耐火材料和恰当的粒度比,其锻模表面光洁度一般可达5,经过抛磨,可满足锻模生产的要求。 2.简单型腔的精铸锻模,其型腔单面的抛磨
