采用高效液相色谱法对五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素4种木脂素,在不同采收期分别在五味子种子和果肉中的含量进行了测定和分析。结果表明,在种子中,五味子醇甲和五味子乙素在9月上旬达到最高值。五味子酯甲和五味子甲素在9月中旬含量达到最高值。应根据实际需要选择最佳采收时期。
The contents of four kinds of lignans, Schisandra chinensis, Schisandra chinensis, Schisandra chinensis and Schisandrin B, in Schisandra chinensis seeds and flesh were determined and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that in the seeds, schisandrin and schisandrin B reached the highest value in early September. Schisandra ester A and Schisandra A content in mid-September reached its highest value. Should be based on the actual need to choose the best harvest time.
