“邯郸交警跪地执法”的马克思主义实践观分析

执法活动从广义的角度而言,属于社会活动,是实践的一种,亦称执法实践。此次“邯郸交警跪地执法”引起了广大网友的热议,对于交警的执法行为褒贬不一。也许很多人会认为“交警跪地执法”体现的仅仅是交警恪尽职守、兢兢业业、按章办事而已。但事实远不止此,其中不仅表明目前我国法治建设的进步和存在的问题,更是蕴含着深刻的哲学智慧,尤其其中体现的马克思主义科学实践观的思想值得我们对其进行解读。首先,“交警执法”是社会实践活动的一种;其次,“交警跪地执法”促进了交警以及人民对于交通法规以及社会心理的深刻理解和认识,表明实践是认识的来源和发展动力;最后,“交警跪地执法”体现执法交警能够把理论与实践做到完美的统一结合,故此本文主要从这几个部分对此次事件进行分析。 Law enforcement activities in a broad sense, belonging to social activities, is a practice, also known as law enforcement practice.
