本文的目的是研究为期三个月的短跑和耐力训练对青少年男子股外肌肌纤维面积、糖酵解酶(磷酸果糖激酶;PFK)和氧化酶(琥珀酸脱氢酶;SDH)活性的影响。对停止训练六个月后的酶活性也进行了测定。耐力训练使最大吸氧量(VO_(2max))、慢肌纤维(ST)面积、快肌纤维(FT)中FTa型纤维的面积和SDH活性均显著增加。停止训练后,VO_(2max)和SDH活性均降低到训练前水平。短跑训练仅导致PFK活性显著增加。停止训练后也降至训练前水平。研究表明,青少年男子骨骼肌酶的变化依训练方法的不同而具特异性。其变化的性质与成人相似,只是在量度上有所差异。
The purpose of this article was to investigate the effects of three-month sprint and endurance training on the muscle fiber area, extracellular myofibrillar glycoprotein (PFK) and oxidase (SDH) activity in adolescent boys. The enzyme activity was also measured six months after stopping training. Endurance training significantly increased the area of FTa-type fibers and SDH activity in the maximum oxygen uptake (VO_ (2max)), the area of the slow muscle fibers (ST), the FTa fibers in the fast muscle fibers (FT) After stopping training, VO_ (2max) and SDH activity decreased to pre-training level. Sprint training resulted in only a significant increase in PFK activity. After stopping training also dropped to pre-training level. Studies have shown that changes in skeletal muscle enzymes in young men are specific for different training methods. The nature of its change is similar to that of adults, but differs only in measurement.
