目的 观察生理性玻璃体混浊患者YAG激光消融术治疗后的视网膜结构变化。方法 选取符合条件的80例生理性玻璃体混浊患者为研究对象,时间段为2020年7月至2021年6月。所有患者进行YAG激光消融术治疗1次。在治疗后随访观察6个月,分别于术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月复查时观察最佳矫正视力(BCVA),治疗前后视力比较采用配对Mann-WhitneyU检验;对比两组Goldmann眼压、眼后节彩照、黄斑中心神经上皮质厚度(CMT)及视神经纤维层厚度的变化。结果 全部患者均接受随访,术后随访1~6个月,平均“,”Objective To observe the changes of retinal structure in patients with physiological vitreous opacity after YAG laser ablation.Methods A total of 80 eligible patients with physiological vitreous opacity were selected as research objects,and the time period was from July 2020 to June 2021.Patients were treated with YAG laser ablation once.After treatment,the patients were followed up for 6 months,one week,one month,three months and six months after operation.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)was observed after reexamination.Paired Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare the visual acuity before and after treatment.Goldmann intraocular pressure,color photographs of posterior segment of eye,central macular nerve epithelial layer thickness(CMT)and optic nerve fiber layer thickness were compared.Results All patients were followed up for 1 to 6 months,with an average of(3.40±1.10)months.There was no significant difference between preoperative BCVA and postoperative 1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months(U=0.67,P>0.05).There was no significant difference between Goldmann intraocular pressure and preoperative reexamination(P>0.05).The obvious single,flaky and annular vitreous opacity can be found by color photography of the posterior segment of the eye before operation,and the vitreous opacity becomes smaller or disappears obviously after operation.One week after operation,1 case had retinal frontline hemorrhage,2 cases had retinal deep hemorrhage,which was completely absorbed at 1 month after observation,and no retinal complications occurred at 3 months after operation.Compared with the thickness of CMT and optic nerve fiber layer at each time point before and after operation,there was no significant difference in independent sample t test(t=-0.69,P>0.05).Conclusion YAG laser ablation for patients with physiological vitreous opacity has no adverse effect on retinal structure,which is safe and can improve vitreous opacity,but has no effect on intraocular pressure and the best corrected visual acuity.It can achieve good therapeutic effect.
