当前中职学校面临的一个严重问题就是学生流失,这既有学校方面的原因,又有学生自身和家庭方面的原因。从强化班主任管理,合理安排课程,校园文化与企业文化相融合,加强学校内部管理,实行校企合作、工学交替、“订单式”人才培养模式,校校合作、校区合作,重视就业指导等方面降低中职生流失率。
