科学的研究方法是法学研究取得创新成果的重要途径。厦门大学法学院院长、福建省法学会副会长廖益新教授在国际经济法和其他相关法律领域,取得了优秀的教学和科研成果,成为我国知名的国际经济法学家。廖教授认为,这些成果的取得,既是包括福建省法学会在内的各级组织和同事们关心支持的结果,也是正确运用科学的研究方法的结果。在福建省法学会成立二十周年之际,刊载廖教授为本刊所赐专稿,相信对法学研究工作者有启发和借鉴意义。
The scientific research method is an important way for the law research to make innovations. Professor Liao Yixin, Dean of Xiamen University Law School and Vice President of Fujian Law Society, has made outstanding teaching and scientific research achievements in the fields of international economic law and other relevant laws and has become a well-known international economic jurist in our country. Professor Liao believes that the achievement of these achievements is not only the result of the concern and support of organizations and colleagues at all levels including the Law Society of Fujian Province, but also the result of the correct application of scientific research methods. On the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the founding of the Law Society of Fujian Province, Professor Liao published a special paper for this magazine, which I believe would inspire and reference the jurisprudence researchers.
