通过对焊后不锈钢筒体零件固溶处理变形影响要素的分析,确认变形的主要原因是工件热处理前存在较大残余应力和热处理过程产生的应力,通过采取设计起吊工装,保证工件在转移和冷却过程中垂直;在处理时安放支撑工装,防止处理过程中的椭圆变形和向内收缩变形;固溶前进行退火,严格控制装炉和冷却工艺等措施,使工件热处理后变形控制在1 mm以内。
