党的十八大明确指出,围绕保持党的先进性和纯洁性,在全党深入开展以为民务实清廉为主要内容的群众路线教育实践活动。这是新形势下坚持党要管党、从严治党的重大决策,是顺应群众期盼、加强学习型服务型创新型马克思主义执政党的重大部署,是推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业的重大举措,具有重大的现实意义。医院是医疗卫生工作的窗口,医务人员接触面广、交流多,且医院员工的文化层次较高,接收信息能力强、参与意识高,这些都给医院思想政治工作提出了更高的要求。群众路线体现了为民务实清廉的基本要求,体现了维护群众根本利益的价值取向,体现了民主集中的思想。医院作为我国为民服务的主要机构,在面对重大变革的形势下,开展好党的群众路线教育实践活动,确保医院改革发展稳定是当前医院稳定发展的必要步骤。本文就创新思想政治工作积极践行群众路线进行探讨分析。
