目的:探讨低分子右旋糖酐对急性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺微区血流的影响及其对胰腺炎的治疗作用。方法:用5%牛磺胆酸钠诱发大鼠急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(AHNP)模型,并应用低分子右旋糖酐治疗,观察其对AHNP时平均动脉压、胰腺微区血流量、血清淀粉酶和脂肪酶及胰腺病理形态的影响。结果:AHNP早期在不影响平均动脉压的情况下,低分子右旋糖酐能显著增加胰腺微区血流量,并进一步降低血清淀粉酶和脂肪酶及减轻胰腺炎的病理改变的严重程度。结论:低分子右旋糖酐在改善胰腺微血流的基础上对胰腺炎有一定治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of low molecular weight dextran on pancreatic micro-area blood flow in acute pancreatitis and its therapeutic effect on pancreatitis. Methods: Acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis (AHNP) was induced by 5% sodium taurocholate in rats and treated with low molecular weight dextran. The changes of mean arterial pressure, pancreas micro-area blood flow, serum amylase, Lipase and pancreatic pathomorphology. Results: Early AHNP did not affect the mean arterial pressure, low molecular weight dextran can significantly increase the micro-blood flow in the pancreas, and further reduce serum amylase and lipase and reduce the severity of pathological changes of pancreatitis. Conclusion: Low molecular weight dextran can improve pancreatic micro-blood flow and have certain therapeutic effect on pancreatitis.
