目的：研究甘露醇与氟康唑合用对氟康唑药代动力学的影响．方法：采用 Ｈ Ｐ Ｌ Ｃ法测定６ 条杂种犬的血药浓度，３ Ｐ８７药代动力学软件拟合药时曲线。结果和结论：测得单用及合用时氟康唑的主要药代动力学参数ｋａ 分别为（０．１９±０．０８）和（ ０．４０±０．１３）ｈ－ １ （ Ｐ＜ ０．０５），ｔ１／２ｋａ分别为（３．９７± １．２１）和（２．０５±１．０８）ｈ（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５），而ｃｍ ａｘ 和 Ａ Ｕ Ｃ两组无明显差异 Ｐ＞０．０５）
Objective: To study the effect of mannitol and fluconazole on the pharmacokinetics of fluconazole. Methods: The blood concentration of 6 hybrid dogs was determined by HPLC method. The pharmacokinetic software of 3 P87 was used to fit the drug-time curve. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The main pharmacokinetic parameters of fluconazole in single and combined groups were (0.19 ± 0.08) and (0.40 ± 0.13) h-1, respectively (P <0 .05) and t1 / 2ka were (3.97 ± 1.21) and (2.05 ± 1.08) h respectively (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between cm ax and AUC > 0.05)
