利用扫描电镜对凹印用铜金粉的物理性能进行了研究 ,考察了铜金粉的微观形貌、粒度分布、厚度及在黏结料中的排列行为。结果表明 ,进口铜金粉的粒度分布均匀 ,表面干净 ;国产铜金粉粒度极差大 ,细小颗粒所占比例过多 ,从而影响了国产铜金粉的印金光泽度。进口铜金粉的厚度在 0 .1μm左右 ,径厚比约为 5 0 ;国产铜金粉的厚度在 0 .1~ 0 .3μm之间 ,径厚比约为 40。铜金粉的片越薄 ,水面遮盖率越大。铜金粉在黏结料中形成与纸面平行的方向定向排列 ,铜金粉的这种排列行为与其光学性能密切相关。
The physical properties of copper bronze powder for gravure printing were studied by scanning electron microscopy. The microstructure, particle size distribution, thickness and arrangement of copper powder in the binder were investigated. The results show that the imported copper powder has a uniform particle size distribution and a clean surface. The domestic copper powder has a very large particle size and an excessively small proportion of fine particles, which affects the gloss of the domestic copper powder. Imported copper powder thickness of about 0 .1μm, diameter ratio of about 50; domestic copper powder thickness between 0 .1 ~ 0 .3μm, diameter ratio of about 40. The thinner the copper powder, the greater the water cover. Copper powder in the binder material formed in the direction parallel to the paper orientation, the arrangement of copper powder and its optical properties are closely related.
