养老服务业对职业人才的需求日益增加,然而养老服务职业教育受“惯习思维”局限,未能有效将产业需求信息转化为知识语言,导致职业人才与市场需求契合度不高。职业教育与多个利益相关者有关,通过对高校、企业、社会组织等不同层面的访谈,明确提出基于能力、质量、标准互构的建设路径,通过“行业学院”模式的运行,形成集“孵化、输出、跟踪、评估”于一体的立体化的养老职业教育机制。
However, the vocational education of pension service is limited by “habitual thinking ”, which fails to effectively convert industrial demand information into knowledge language, resulting in a low degree of fit between professional personnel and market demand.
