引言现代企业管理的理论、思想和方法多是以现代大生产的工业社会为背景产生的,信息社会特别是现代信息技术的发展给企业生产、管理活动方式带来了根本性的变革。对企业管理的重大挑战是如何改造企业、重组企业,改变原有的管理思维方式,使企业有效地运用信息技术,适应信息社会。在产品过剩时代,由顾客需求牵弓饼能与信息技术进行很好结合的业务流程重组满足了这种趋势。然而,由于重组企业的传统业务流程涉及到企业的经营管理模式与组织结构的一系列变革,企业实施业务流程重组的成本居高不下,而且还会承受巨大的管理与市场风险。从而寻找一种较为稳妥的替代解决方案,成了许多企业决策者的重要任务。本文从信息思维的角度,提出信息流重组理论,以信息流重组带动业务流程重组,有利于降低重组的成本,有效提高重组成功率。
Introduction The theories, thoughts and methods of modern business management are mostly generated from the background of modern large-scale industrial society. The development of information society, especially modern information technology has brought fundamental changes to the way of production and management of enterprises. The major challenge to enterprise management is how to transform enterprises, reorganize enterprises and change the original way of management thinking so that enterprises can effectively use information technology to adapt to the information society. In the era of excess product, business process reengineering, combined with customer demand for information technology, can meet this trend. However, as the traditional business processes of a reorganized enterprise involve a series of changes in the business management mode and organizational structure of an enterprise, the cost of reorganizing the business process of implementing business operations remains high, and the enterprise will also suffer huge management and market risks. The search for a more secure alternative solution has become an important task for many business decision makers. From the perspective of information thinking, this paper proposes the theory of information flow reorganization, and reorganization of information flow leads to the reorganization of business processes, which helps to reduce the cost of reorganization and effectively improve the success rate of reorganization.
