用X光衍射分析、矿相鉴定、扫描电子显微镜等技术,研究钒渣的物相结构后认为,钒渣的主要相有钒尖晶石、铁橄榄石与金属铁。在高溫炉内研究了钒渣熔态还原的规律,其主要影响因素有:还原剂加入量、炉渣碱度和还原温度。用选择还原法可以使钒和钛与铁粗分离,这一生产工艺应分为两步:首先用碳还原钒渣中的氧化铁和分离金属铁得到“预还原钒渣”;其次用硅铁和碳还原“预还原钒渣”,通过条件控制得到高钒低钛的钒合金剂。这种钒合金剂可以满足生产高强度合金钢的要求。
X-ray diffraction analysis, identification of mineralogical phase, scanning electron microscopy and other techniques to study the phase structure of vanadium slag think that the main phase of vanadium slag is vanadium spinel, fayalite and metallic iron. In the high-temperature furnace, the rule of vanadium slag melt reduction was studied. The main influencing factors are the adding amount of reducing agent, the basicity of slag and the reduction temperature. The selective reduction method can make crude vanadium and titanium and iron separation, the production process should be divided into two steps: first carbon reduction of vanadium slag iron oxide and separation of metal to obtain “prereduction vanadium slag”; followed by ferrosilicon And carbon reduction “pre-reduction of vanadium slag”, through the conditions of control to obtain high-vanadium low-titanium vanadium alloy agent. This vanadium alloy can meet the requirements of producing high strength alloy steel.
