在秘书写作教学中,师生对传统的“课堂上讲,课堂上练”的教学模式有种种看法.教师说:“教应用文枯燥乏味入趣难.”学生说:“学应用文读读容易写来烦.”然而,应用文在秘书工作中的重要地位是人所共知的,那么怎样才能使学生在学写应用文时不感到单调乏味而又收到实效呢?笔者在多年的实践中体会到,只有在讲授的过程中,变封闭教学为开放教学,变静态教学为动态教学,通过实践的桥梁进行教与学的双向沟通,才能使学生把理论知识有效地转化为写作能力.
