我国经济的高速腾飞与发展带动了企业单位的整体性进步,在企业当中,财会人员主要负责企业中的财务审计类管理工作,在企业中有着十分重要的地位,相应的财会制度也需要不断的被完善。财会人员的工作业绩的评价激励机制是一项需要得到重点关注的课题,员工的工作积极性关乎着整个企业未来的发展。笔者以多年的财会工作的经验为基础,将我国的财会人员工作的业绩评价和激励机制作为切入点,进行深入的探讨。
