我厂在新产品试制中,有四种6级精度的齿条轴(见附图)。我们利用Y7520W万能螺纹磨床,分齿分面磨削并在M6110拉刀刃磨机上磨平留下的微小弧度,达到图纸尺寸要求。这样,节约了工装费用,缩短了试制周期,取得了较好的经验效益。加工工艺(1)齿条轴热处理前外圆留磨量0.3~0.4mm,用锯片铣刀铣出5.625mm齿深,齿面留磨量0.35~0.5mm,然后检查齿的积累误差,保证每8齿为0.10mm以内,并对齿条轴进行校直。
I plant in trial production of new products, there are four kinds of 6-precision rack shaft (see photo). We use Y7520W universal thread grinder, sub-tooth surface grinding and milling in the M6110 broaching mill left a small arc, to meet the requirements of the drawing size. In this way, saving tooling costs, shorten the trial cycle, and achieved good experience and efficiency.
