分析了锅炉炉膛参数对锅炉效率、污染物排放和锅炉寿命的影响,得到这些参数与锅炉燃烧优化运行的相互制约关系.从测量原理和系统构成方面描述了基于激光吸收光谱的炉膛参数检测新技术.以某680MW机组燃煤锅炉为例,进行了基于激光吸收光谱的炉膛参数测量与场重建实验研究.结果表明:应用此方法能够完成炉膛内部多个参数的测量和参数场重建,可以直观有效地指导锅炉燃烧的优化运行;根据测量结果调整锅炉燃烧可使火焰中心处于炉膛中部,火焰均匀地充满炉膛,温度场分布均匀.
The influence of boiler parameters on boiler efficiency, pollutant discharge and boiler life is analyzed, and the mutual restraint relationship between these parameters and boiler combustion optimization operation is obtained.A new measurement technique of furnace parameters based on laser absorption spectrum is described in terms of measurement principle and system configuration Taking a 680MW coal-fired boiler as an example, an experimental study of furnace parameters measurement and field reconstruction based on laser absorption spectroscopy was carried out. The results show that this method can be used to measure and parameterize multiple parameters in the furnace. To guide the boiler to optimize the operation of combustion; according to the measurement results to adjust the boiler combustion can make the flame center in the middle of the furnace, the flame evenly filled the furnace, the temperature field is evenly distributed.
