1988年5月～1991年9月,我院收治经心电图证实的中老年阵发性心房颤动63例。均为干部,其中男49例,女14例;年龄50～73岁,平均63岁;首次发病在50～59岁者39例,60～69岁者21例,70岁以上者3例。病因为冠心病者32例(占50.7%),其次为风心病11例、老年瓣膜退行性变和动脉硬化8例、病窦4例、原因不明8例。诱因有详细记录者72例次,其中情绪因素和睡眠不好32例次、体力 May 1988 ~ September 1991, admitted to our hospital confirmed by electrocardiogram in 63 cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in the elderly. All of them were cadres, including 49 males and 14 females; aged from 50 to 73 years old, with an average of 63 years old; 39 cases of first onset in 50 to 59 years old, 21 cases of 60 to 69 years old and 3 cases of patients over 70 years old. Etiology of coronary heart disease in 32 cases (50.7%), followed by rheumatic heart disease in 11 cases, aged valvular degeneration and atherosclerosis in 8 cases, sick sinus in 4 cases, 8 cases of unknown cause.
