随着我国旅游业的发展,对旅游公共服务的需求增加,旅游志愿者和旅游志愿服务成为了旅游公共服务系统中不可忽视的对象。本文对旅游志愿者和旅游志愿服务的相关概念进行了界定,对二者在我国的发展状况进行了梳理,提出了优化我国旅游志愿者管理和完善我国旅游志愿服务的相应建议。 With the development of tourism in our country, the demand for tourism public services has increased. Volunteers for tourism and tourism volunteer services have become the indispensable objects in the tourism public service system. This paper defines the related concepts of tourism volunteers and tourism volunteer service, combs the development of the two in our country, and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the management of tourism volunteers in our country and improve our tourism volunteer service.
