江苏新型职业农民的培养需要需要从强化实用技术人才的培训着手。本文才阐述了加大实用技术人才培养的必要性入手,在探讨了江苏新型职业农民培养现存的问题后,对于培育江苏新型职业农民的措施进行了分析。
The cultivation of a new type of professional farmer in Jiangsu needs to be started with training to strengthen practical technical personnel. This article only elaborates on the necessity of increasing the training of practical technical personnel. After discussing the cultivation of the existing problems of the new type of professional farmers in Jiangsu, this paper analyzes the measures to cultivate a new type of professional farmers in Jiangsu.
