在离体牙和口内牙齿使用氯化镧、氟化钠后,利用扫描电镜X线波谱和能谱仪检测药物进入釉质的情况,见到镧和氟一样,都能渗入牙釉质,都有抗人工龋液的酸蚀作用。 材料和方法 一、将离体牙四颗,纵向劈开成八片,在剖面中央留3×3mm为实验区,除实验区外均用10%腰果油涂盖,再分组用药如下: 1.编号2001,2001-1,2003,浸入1%氯化镧10天。 2.编号3001-先浸入1%氯化镧10天,再浸入人工龋液7天。 3.编号4001(有龋乳牙)-先浸于1%氯化镧10天,再浸于人工龋液7天。 4.编号1003-浸于1%氟化钠10天。 5.编号6001:-先浸于1%氟化钠10天,再投入人工龋液7天。
