目的 :探讨骨髓活检塑料包埋技术在研究 AML骨髓基质细胞粘附分子 ICAM- 1表达中的应用价值。方法 :8例 AML患者骨髓活检标本同时应用 Hemapun948/ Hemapun95 9包埋 ,其余 2 0例标本均采用 Hemapun95 9包埋 ,然后用 APAAP法行粘附分子 ICAM- 1的检测。结果 :采用 Hemapun95 9包埋技术可成功地进行骨髓基质细胞 ICAM- 1的检测 ,急性髓系白血病 FAB各亚型间 ICAM- 1的表达无明显差异 ,AML未缓解组 ICAM- 1表达高于缓解组 (P<0 .0 2 )。结论 :骨髓活检塑料包埋新技术可广泛应用于骨髓基质细胞的研究 ;粘附分子 ICAM- 1在急性髓系白血病患者骨髓细胞中的表达有很大差异 ,ICAM- 1高表达的患者有化疗抵抗特征 ,可作为预后不良的指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the value of bone marrow biopsy plastic embedding technique in the study of ICAM-1 expression in bone marrow stromal cell adhesion molecule (AML). Methods: 8 cases of AML patients with bone marrow biopsy specimens were also embedded with Hemapun948 / Hemapun95 9, the remaining 20 cases were embedded with Hemapun959, and then APAAP method of adhesion molecule ICAM-1 detection. Results: The detection of ICAM-1 in bone marrow stromal cells was successful with Hemapun95 9 embedding technique. There was no significant difference in the expression of ICAM-1 between subtypes of FAB in acute myeloid leukemia. The expression of ICAM- Group (P <0. 02).
