矿井低浓度瓦斯在多孔介质内预热增压燃烧特性研究

对低浓度煤矿瓦斯在泡沫陶瓷内的预混燃烧特性展开了数值模拟研究,探究预热和增压条件下对可燃气体温度分布、燃烧速度和贫燃极限等特性参数。模拟结果表明:随着预热温度和压力的升高和增大,气体温度分布更均匀,化学反应速率更迅速,贫燃极限主要受预热温度的影响较大,压力对多孔介质内可燃气体的贫燃极限几乎没有影响。 The numerical simulation research on premixed combustion characteristics of low concentration coal mine gas in foam ceramic was carried out to investigate the characteristics of combustible gas temperature distribution, combustion velocity and lean burn limit under preheating and supercharging conditions. The simulation results show that the gas temperature distribution is more uniform and the chemical reaction rate is more rapid with the preheating temperature and pressure increasing and increasing. The lean limit is mainly affected by the preheating temperature. The pressure affects the combustible gas The lean limit has almost no effect.
