通过对企业教育培训活动进行统计分析,能够针对企业实际情况,合理制定培训课程;及时反馈培训信息,改进培训教学中的不足,最终达到提高培训效果的目的。
Through the statistical analysis of the enterprise’s education and training activities, the training curriculum can be reasonably formulated according to the actual situation of the enterprise; the feedback of training information in time can improve the deficiencies in training and teaching and finally achieve the purpose of improving the training effect.
