如何在短时间内测得有效膨润土的含量是当前亟需解决的难题。依靠人工进行含量测定,所得数据精度不高。介绍了一种依靠计算机图像识别技术进行自动判定有效膨润土含量的方法,该方法包括晕环的提取、分割和面积计算,通过晕环面积与中心斑点面积的比值变化确定滴定终点。不单纯依赖于灰度值提取图像,消除了晕环与中心斑点界面区域的影响,最终结果准确有效,节省滴定时间50%以上。
How to measure the effective bentonite content in a short period of time is an urgent problem to be solved. Rely on artificial content determination, the resulting data accuracy is not high. A method of automatic determination of effective bentonite content by computer image recognition is introduced. The method includes the extraction, segmentation and area calculation of halo, and the end point of titration is determined by the change of the ratio of halo area to center spot area. Not only rely on the gray value of the extracted images, eliminating the halo and the central spot interface area of the impact of the final result is accurate and effective, save titration time 50%.
