[目的]研究盐碱环境下耐盐促生菌对枸杞生长的影响。[方法]在盐碱土壤环境下,测定耐盐促生菌剂作用后,枸杞枝条生长速率、叶片叶绿素含量、产量、百粒重及果实多糖含量的变化。[结果]施用该菌剂后,枸杞枝条的生长、叶片叶绿素含量、产量、百粒重及果实多糖含量与对照相比分别增加22.2%、16.1%、31.0%、12.7%及19.7%。[结论]耐盐促生菌剂在盐碱土壤环境下能够显著增加枸杞的产量和品质。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of salt-tolerant growth-promoting bacteria on the growth of Lycium barbarum under salt-alkali environment. [Method] The changes of the growth rate of Lycium barbarum, the content of chlorophyll, the yield, the weight of 100 seeds and the content of polysaccharides in the fruit of salt - tolerant mycelium were measured under salt - alkali soil environment. [Result] The results showed that the growth, leaf chlorophyll content, yield, 100 - grain weight and fruit polysaccharide content increased 22.2%, 16.1%, 31.0%, 12.7% and 19.7% compared with the control. [Conclusion] Salt-tolerant growth-promoting fungi could significantly increase the yield and quality of Chinese wolfberry in saline-alkali soil environment.
