在体肠吸收实验动物模型是研究药物在肠道内吸收情况的最常用实验方法,该类方法接近体内的真实状态,能较准确地反映药物在肠道内的吸收情况。在体肠吸收实验动物模型包括肠襻法和肠灌流法。该文主要综述了这两种在体肠吸收实验模型的造模方法、优缺点以及在药物研发中应用。肠吸收模型对于阐明药物在体内的吸收机制和药物动力学有积极的作用,其也可为研发新药、新剂型的选择提供理论依据和指导作用。“,”Animal intestinal absorption model is the most commonly experimental method used in the study of drug absorption in intestine,since it is closer to the real in vivo state,and can relatively accurately reflect the drugs absorption in the intestinal tract .Intestinal absorption in situ experimental animal models include intestinal loops and intestinal perfusion method .Here is to make a review of the modeling method , advantages,disadvantages and the application of the two experimental models in drug research and develop-ment.Intestinal absorption model can actively elucidate the drug absorption mechanism and pharmacokinetics in vivo,while it can also provide a theoretical basis and guidance for the development of new drugs and new dosage selections .
