市场经济条件下,国内外竞争日趋激烈,如何建立和完善与市场经济相适应的企业激励机制,在某种意义上可以说是一种人才机制,是一种人力资源激励式管理的特殊人性化机制。这种机制是企业人力资源管理的核心内容也是企业竞争取胜之宪法法宝,一定程度也是国家经济兴旺的关键。为此,文章试图在特定的经济和人文价值分析下,对企业的人才激励机制问题进行初步的构建。
Under the conditions of market economy, the competition at home and abroad is becoming fiercer and fiercer.
