浅谈天燃气架空管道的工艺设计计算

天然气作为能源和化工原料,在我国经济发展中的重要性日益突显。管道输送是天然气运输的主要方式,其敷设方式有两种:架空敷设和埋地敷设。本文将结合相关设计经验,从管道水力计算、柔性及补偿、支架荷载及推力计算、管路支架、弯头、阀门、法兰、垫片、紧固件、制造、安装及验收、防腐及涂色、防静电等几个方面,对天然气架空管道的工艺设计和计算过程进行简要的阐述。 Natural gas, as an energy and chemical raw material, has become increasingly prominent in the economic development of our country. Pipeline transportation is the main mode of natural gas transportation, there are two ways to lay it: Overhead laying and buried laying. This article will combine the relevant design experience, from the pipeline hydraulic calculation, flexibility and compensation, bracket load and thrust calculation, pipe brackets, elbows, valves, flanges, gaskets, fasteners, manufacturing, installation and acceptance, corrosion and Tu Color, anti-static and several other aspects of overhead gas pipeline overhead process design and calculation of a brief description.
