科学有效的运营战略是我国体育用品产业健康快速发展的重要条件,前者离不开运营战略因素的准确评估。利用PEST方法分析产业宏观环境,基于生产系统论描绘体育用品产业运营管理系统框架,运用文献资料法及归纳法阐释资源观视域下产业竞争优势;基于商业生态系统理论以及虚拟企业理论,利用枚举法及逻辑分析法构建产业广义资源集,运用德尔菲法从中选取影响产业运营战略的26个相关因素,揭示因素间二元关联性,应用解释结构模型方法建立相关影响因素的递阶有向图,设计手段目的链算法,辨析出6个关键因素——政策环境、企业所有制及其治理、自主创新能力、劳动力供给、产业集群、资本运作,进而提出着眼于关键因素的产业发展对策及政策建议,希望指引体育用品企业科学发展,支持运营战略目标实现,提升产业运营绩效,推动产业转型升级发展。
Scientific and effective operation strategy is an important condition for the healthy and rapid development of China’s sporting goods industry. The former can not be separated from the accurate assessment of operational strategy. PEST method is used to analyze the macroeconomic environment of the industry. Based on the production system theory, the framework of the sporting goods industry operation and management system is depicted. The literature and data method and inductive method are used to explain the industrial competitive advantage under the view of resources. Based on the business ecosystem theory and the virtual enterprise theory, The method of law and logical analysis to build a generalized industry resource set, using Delphi method to select 26 related factors that affect industrial operation strategy, revealing the binary correlation between factors, and applying the method of explanatory structure model to establish the related factors The paper analyzes six key factors: policy environment, enterprise ownership and governance, independent innovation capability, labor supply, industrial cluster and capital operation, and then puts forward industrial development countermeasures and policies that focus on key factors Suggestions, hoping to guide the scientific development of sporting goods enterprises, support the implementation of strategic goals, improve industrial performance, promote the industrial restructuring and upgrading.
