教育部启动的卓越法律人才教育培养计划,要求创新人才培养模式,着力提高学生实践能力。这一目标的实现,涉及人才培养方案的制定、实务部门联合培养机制的形成、“双师型”教学团队的建设、课程内容和课程体系的重构、教学方法和教学手段的改革、实践教学环节的构建等综合改革。因此,边疆民族院校更应准确把握改革的动因和边疆经济社会发展对法律人才的需要,弄清在法律人才培养上的问题和优势,走出传统法学教育的困境。
The Ministry of Education launched the program of education and training of outstanding legal personnel, requiring innovative personnel training mode and making every effort to improve students’ practical ability.
