针对我国大部分油田原油含蜡量均在20%以上,有的甚至高达40%,严重影响油井正常生产的事实,通过溶剂相清蜡溶蜡速度测定以及表面活性剂润湿性、分散性的研究,筛选出一种以混合烃为溶剂相和具有润湿分散能力的复合表面活性剂为乳化剂的O/W型清防蜡剂JHT─Ⅰ。性能评价研究表明,该清防蜡剂具有清蜡速率高,防蜡效果好,并具有一定的溶解油井胶质、沥青质的能力,是一种典型的多效剂。该剂成本较低,投药工艺简单,具有现场应用价值。
