本文认为即使合同无效,施工验收合格后应支付工程款,工程款金额参照原合同约定,利息作为工程款的法定孳息,在支付欠付的工程款同时亦应一并支付,利息支付标准为同期银行贷款利率。 This paper argues that even if the contract is invalid, the construction cost should be paid after construction acceptance.
