本文研究了铝材连续铸挤过程中,工艺参数对建立稳定连续铸挤条件的影响,试验结果表明,铝材连续铸技采用90°—180°挤压轮槽包角的结构形式,均可实现连续铸挤,而稳定连续铸挤过程的建立取决于挤压温度、挤压轮转速及运转间隙。分析了连续铸挤时熔融金属结晶-变形过程,提出连续铸挤的金属动态结晶、半熔融挤压、挤压塑性变形三个阶段及内外摩擦转换理论。
In this paper, the effects of process parameters on the establishment of stable continuous casting and extrusion conditions during continuous casting and extrusion of aluminum are studied.
