在前不久召开的全国农业工作会议期间,农业部召开了乡镇企业专业会议,会上部分省、自治区介绍了党委、政府加强对发展乡镇企业的领导和政策扶持的做法,现摘编如下。一、把乡镇企业作为国民经济和社会发展战略重点,高度重视,加强领导安徽省委书记强调:发展乡镇企业不松劲、不动摇、不议论;放松力度还要犯历史性错误。省长提出:凡是不重视抓乡镇企业的,不能担任党委、政府的领导,凡是抓不好乡镇企业的,就不是称职的领导干部。省委、省政府在1996年2月份召开各市(地)、县党政负责人和乡企局长参加的、规模400人的全省乡镇企业工作会议。山东省省委、省政府主要领导同志每年都到乡镇企业现场办公,帮助解决困难;1995年12月
