教师专业素养一直是近些年来关注的热点。教师专业素养分为三个领域:专业知识、专业技能、专业愿持。本文关注的重点是如何在教学实践中提升教师的专业技能;进而,在新教师专业素养提升方面提出了四个建议:第一、以高中地理课程标准为依据,将所学专业知识与使用教材合理融合;第二、以学生的学习情况为依据,制定课堂教学计划;第三、“硬讲”向“不露痕迹地引导”过度;第四、课堂中教师需调控情绪,具备一定的教育智慧。
