浅谈高校女运动队的力量训练

过去,许多老师及学生对女运动队的力量训练持反对态度。他们认为,业余女运动员进行力量训练有诸多不利因素:如女运动员停止力量训练,大块肌肉会转化为脂肪;力量训练会使女运动员肌体失去柔韧性;力量训练会使女运动员疲劳等等。近几年,运动训练的科学研究推翻了上述观点 In the past, many teachers and students were opposed to the strength training of women’s teams.
