采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器(HPLC-FLD)建立了阿维菌素在水稻植株、谷壳、糙米、土壤及田水中的残留检测方法。样品用乙腈提取,经液液萃取净化,浓缩定容后衍生化,HPLC-FLD检测,外标法定量。结果表明,在添加水平为0.01~0.50 mg/kg时,阿维菌素在水稻植株、谷壳、糙米、土壤和田水中的平均添加回收率为79.13%~102.98%,相对标准偏差为3.10%~6.71%。该方法的最小检出量为0.2 ng,在水稻植株、土壤、谷壳、糙米和田水中的最低检测浓度均为0.01 mg/kg。
The residues of abamectin in rice plants, chaff, brown rice, soil and field water were determined by HPLC-FLD. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, purified by liquid-liquid extraction, derivatized after concentration and volumetric determination, HPLC-FLD detection and external standard method. The results showed that the average recoveries of abamectin in rice plants, chaff, brown rice, soil and field water were 79.13% -102.98% and the relative standard deviations were 3.10% ~ 6.71%. The detection limit of this method was 0.2 ng. The minimum detectable concentration in rice plants, soil, chaff, brown rice and field water was 0.01 mg / kg.
