从目前高职院校人力资源的发展现状来看,人力资源的流动性较大,人员具有强烈的自主创新意识以及高层次的精神需求,传统的管理模式难以满足这些方面的要求。人力资源柔性化管理是一种新型的管理模式,有着刚性管理难以比拟的优势,这种管理方式的科学性以及重要性已经在社会得到了普遍的认可。高职院校人力资源管理中采用柔性化的管理方式,对教育效果的提升有很大帮助。本文就柔性化管理的基础理论知识进行分析,进而探讨柔性化管理在高职院校人力资源管理中的实施措施。
From the current situation of human resource development in higher vocational colleges, human resources are more liquid, people have a strong sense of independent innovation and high-level spiritual needs. The traditional management model can not meet these requirements. Flexible management of human resources is a new type of management mode with the unrivaled advantages of rigid management. The scientificity and importance of this management mode have been widely recognized in the society. The management of flexible management in human resource management in higher vocational colleges is very helpful to the improvement of educational effect. This paper analyzes the basic theoretical knowledge of flexible management, and then discusses the implementation of flexible management in human resources management in higher vocational colleges.
