一、洗必泰 张中一 洗必泰作为一种常用的消毒防腐剂,因其具有杀菌范围广、效力强、速度快、毒性小和成本低的特点,而逐步作为预防和治疗药用于临床。 (一)治疗急性菌痢 刘德兴等在治疗急性痢疾新药“新痢灵”的研究中,为寻找高效、速效、低毒的急性菌痢治疗药物,以130株痢疾杆菌对15种药物进行药物敏感试验,发现有13种药物产生不同程度的耐药性,唯独洗必泰未发现耐药株。故选用该药与抗菌增效剂等组成复方“新痢灵”片(由洗必泰和TMP组成)。用这种“新痢灵”片治疗菌痢患者977例,治愈936例,治愈率为95.8%,有效率为96.83%,且复发率低,作者还对洗必泰进行急性和多次毒性实验:结果大白鼠LD56大于5000-
