气相色谱法测定蔬菜中硫氰酸根离子的含量

蔬菜中硫氰酸盐(SCN~-)的含量与地方性甲状腺肿有关。SCN~-是碘化物载体的强力抑制剂。它也能抑制有机碘化作用。某些地区蔬菜中硫氰酸盐的含量较高,人群中常发生地方性甲状腺肿。本文报道用气相色谱法(GC)电子捕获检测器测定莴苣、黄瓜、旱芹、卷心菜、花椰菜等12种蔬菜中SCN~-离子的含量。方法的灵敏度为10~(-11)g。1.仪器:P-E Sigmer 3 B气相色谱仪,不锈钢柱,柱内填充Porapak P。色谱条件:检 The content of thiocyanate (SCN ~ -) in vegetables is related to endemic goiter. In some areas, the content of thiocyanate in vegetables is high, and local goiter often occurs in the population. In this paper, the content of SCN ~ - in 12 kinds of vegetables such as lettuce, cucumber, celery, cabbage and cauliflower was determined by gas chromatography (GC) electron capture detector.
