目的:探索蜕皮激素是否能够减轻肺水肿。方法:大鼠尾静脉注射油酸造成肺水肿,大鼠腹腔内注射蜕皮甾酮(30mg/kg),检测肺水肿参数(肺系数、肺水含量、肺通透性指数),测定肺组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)含量,光镜观察肺组织病理变化。结果:蜕皮甾酮可降低肺水肿参数,减少肺组织MDA,升高肺组织SOD,改善肺组织水肿。结论:蜕皮甾酮可减轻油酸所致肺水肿,机理可能与减轻脂质过氧化有关
Objective: To explore whether ecdysone can reduce pulmonary edema. METHODS: Pulmonary edema was induced by tail vein injection of oleic acid in rats. Intraperitoneal injection of ecdysterone (30 mg/kg) was performed in rats. Pulmonary edema parameters (lung coefficient, lung water content, and lung permeability index) were measured, and lung tissue C was measured. The contents of dialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were observed by light microscopy. RESULTS: Quercetin reduced pulmonary edema parameters, reduced MDA in lung tissue, increased SOD in lung tissue, and improved pulmonary edema. CONCLUSION: Ecdysterone can reduce oleic acid-induced pulmonary edema, and the mechanism may be related to the reduction of lipid peroxidation.
