目的:观察深部热疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗癌性胸腹腔积液的疗效。方法:选取32例晚期恶性肿瘤合并大量胸腹腔积液患者,均行中心静脉导管置管引尽胸腹腔积液后,使用生理盐水40 mL+复方苦参注射液20～40 mL胸腹腔灌注治疗,然后行深部热疗。结果:32例患者均能耐受治疗,其中30例患者胸腹腔积液基本消失,2例患者效果不明显。结论:深部热疗配合复方苦参注射液胸腹腔灌注治疗晚期恶性肿瘤癌性胸腹腔积液安全有效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of deep hyperthermia combined with Compound Kushen Injection in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods: Thirty-two patients with advanced malignant tumor with pleural effusion and ascites were selected. Thirty patients with thoracic and peritoneal effusion were treated with catheterization of central venous catheter and then treated with intraperitoneal injection of 40 mL of saline and 20 to 40 mL of compound Kushen injection. Then deep hyperthermia. Results: Thirty-two patients were able to tolerate the treatment, of which 30 cases of patients with ascites and peritoneal effusion basically disappeared, the effect of 2 patients was not obvious. Conclusion: Deep hyperthermia combined with compound Kushen injection thoracic and abdominal cavity perfusion in the treatment of advanced malignant tumor of pleural effusion is safe and effective.
